i am making a one of the hollow cylinder with using a ss sheet thickness of 2mm. the cylinder inside diameter size is 50mm and outside diameter is 54mm. so how to calculate sheet metal development size and formula. plz help me

Pie X Dia.= circumference ie 3.14x54=170mm is the width of the sheet reqd.You have not given the length of the cylinder,multiply that length with circumference will give you the area of the reqd.sheet.I do not understand what do u mean by development size.
