Hi. I am not sure I understand your question, but sheet metal coilers are found at most steel mills that have hot rolling and cold rolling. Just find yourself a steel mill that rolls sheet metal and you'll find yourself a coiler. if its a project you seek, try a coil spring. that will involve some metelergy, heat tempering
