What is the shearing angle of punch for sheet metal shearing?

the geometry of shearing punch designWhat is the shearing angle of punch for sheet metal shearing?
Typically, the punch and die hole diameters are chosen so that the clearance between the 2 is 1/3 the thickness of the sheet metal. (A little more for more brittle materials and a little less for more malleable ones.)

The inverse tangent of 1/3 is 18.43 degrees. What is the shearing angle of punch for sheet metal shearing?
shearing angle of the punch is the method to reduce the load on the punch without reducing the capacity of the punch to shear a given thickness of material.normally the punch face is parallel to the surface of the die,in shearing angle punch face is at an angle which reduces the forces acting on the face of the punch.
I would like to see the correct answer on this.
15 to 20 degree will work better
