Save yourself a lot of time, headaches and ultimately an end result you won't be happy with. The cab corners are here:

ballpeen hammer, anvil, rubber mallet, and alot of time, I also use what I call are duckbill vise grips to help hang on to what im working on, be careful not to heat metal more than 1200 degrees it will lose it safety potential in a crash or rollover.
use a hammer and dolley or find a round object pipe maybee with the right curve radius to bend the metal around. you may need to make the cab cornerin several pieces and weld them in place. lots of patience and some practice helps a lot. use the torch as little as possible.
Go to Keystone.com they sell aftermarket parts and I'm sure that the cab corners are available for that year! They are around $20 and alot less headache.
