Does the the cookie sheet metal effect the cookie?

what types of metals are cookie sheets normally made out of?

does it matter what kind its cooked on and does some metal heat up faster then others? tell me everything you no about cookies and their sheets please.Does the the cookie sheet metal effect the cookie?
Baking sheets are usually made out of pressed steel plated with another corrosion-resistant metal such as tin, or coated in a non-stick material like Teflon.

The metal mustn't easily corrode when heated and mustn't react with any materials in the cookies so they don't become contaminated. The metal must also have good mechanical strength to withstand the stresses of being repeatedly heated and cooled. It must be cheap and easy to clean.

Most metals have similar specific heat capacities so from the point of view of the rate of heating the choice of material is not important. However, a sheet that has a matt black finish will heat up faster than one which has a shiny finish because matt black surfaces are better absorbers of heat.

Also, I like cookies!Does the the cookie sheet metal effect the cookie?
All i know is that if your baking cookies, you want a cookie tray that has a bottom with two layers in it that is separated by air. this keeps them from browning too fast on the bottom.
