Try an epoxy like JB Weld or put a bolt through the hole and put a nut on the back of it.I have a sheet metal hole about 3 eights of an inch in diameter besides sheet metal andwelding whatcan I do?
Can you put a screw in it? Who shot it? Did the bullet go any deeper?
try using a piece of metal and rivets, or some metal screws. depending on where it is, you could even use a good industrial glue, and secure a slightly larger peice.
fill it with all metal, its like bondo but has metal in it
Use chewing gum and some spit
You can use a fiberglass and resin patch on the inside and fill the outside with bondo.
use tape maybe

put a bolt and nut and two washers maybe
Attach a bit of screen over the hole and put several applications of JB Weld on either side.
