Is there any substitute for custom made sheet metal for furnace plenums?

I may be starting an HVAC business replacing older furnaces, and the only thing that seems to be a pain is getting the sheet metal made (making it a two trip job). Is there any pliable substance that can be used in place of the sheet metal? How can I make this a 1 trip job? Thanks! Is there any substitute for custom made sheet metal for furnace plenums?
Buy a small metal break and mount on a trailer. Siding people do it all the time.Is there any substitute for custom made sheet metal for furnace plenums?
I agree with the first answer, If you plan to go into the HVAC business, the ability to form sheet metal ON SITE is part of your BASIC equipment. Even if you have to form the metal off site, taking proper measurements when you do your quote will allow you to have the metal ready when you go the first time for actual installation.
i make duct board sleeves i cut them to fit into existing plenum push it up to fit in furnace and coil the pull it down pre tape in the back then seal it up you have to get duct board cutting tool it works real good for me it meets code for insulation and air tight
I agree with bob... That's the way to go!
