How to calculate sheet metal development size?

i am making a one of the hollow cylinder with using a ss sheet thickness of 2mm. the cylinder inside diameter size is 50mm and outside diameter is 54mm and length of 50mm. so how to calculate sheet metal cutting size and formula. plz help me

since od is 54 mm and your id is 50 mm naturally the center would be 52 mm . so with a diameter of 52 mm you multiply 52 times pie or 3.14 and your answer is 163.28 mm 163 should be close enough since your dealing with mm s so with a piece 163 mm by 50 mm you should be good to go
