Where in the L.A. can i find someone that works with sheet metal and could cut me some designs?Sheet Metal?
I would try http://whitepages.com and put in sheet metal in the buisness type. Include your ZIP and it will pull up a variety of shops in your area.Sheet Metal?
Check with some of your larger sign shops. Some have a computerized router that can cut the designs for you.
Also, check with metal fabrication shops. Some have a plasma cutter that will cut designs too.

go to a large heating and air conditioning company they have all the equipment necessary for cutting and forming sheet metal as they make all of their own duct work etc
