What are the materials to weld sheet metal to my car?

You need something to take the paint, rust, etc. off the car itself. This means an angle grinder with either a wire brush attachment or a grinding wheel. I suggest a grinding wheel because it has less chance of damaging the car if you are overly aggressive with it. If you are good at feeling how the grinder takes away material, just go for the grinding wheel because it is faster.

Then, assuming the sheet metal is already cut, you need a welder. For bodywork that is only steel, get a wire feed welder with a 75/25 CO2/Argon gas mix. TIG welding is usually overkill unless you are welding extremely thing steel or working on a body that uses stainless steel or aluminum. The trick with MIG welding is to just take the sheet metal every few inches and never run a continuous bead. It takes awhile but any excess heat will cause deforming.

After you have completely welded all sides, you need to use a grinding wheel to smooth out the contours. This is not easy unless you have a feel for it and go slowly. If you put too much pressure on the wheel then you will just eat through the metal, and it will look horrible. After that, it is prime and paint. What are the materials to weld sheet metal to my car?
A welder and metal. Now for the welder if you don't have experience welding the get a MIG welder(point and shoot), but if you have experience get a TIG but it will be more expensive. You should talk to someone at the welding shop and ask them about heat, technique, and type of wire(MIG).What are the materials to weld sheet metal to my car?
You'll have to have something to strip the sheet metal on your car down to bare metal (removing all paint/filler/rust) and then just need a welder to weld it on.
really you want something that emitts as less heat as possible because extensive heat causes metal and flat panels to warp and deform so i suggest a mig welder, also coz you dont need mucdh experience to learn the method of mig welding
