1mm thick aluminum sheet metal. it has to be in 2ft Sq or 4ft Sq sheets. i also need aluminum of the same thickness that has those little holes punched uniformly all over it (i think its called perforated) probably 0.2mm diameter holes. ordering online may be an option as well, but if i do order online i would prefer all of the stuff from one site.Where in Canada BC can i buy aluminum sheet metal?

Try your local airport, and if there is a sheet metal shop on the airport, just ask them where they buy theirs or you could buy from them.
